Pond Description Describe your pond in terms of its outstanding features. You may include physical dimensions, amount of stone, type of plants,landscaping,bogs, etc.
Driving Directions Give detailed driving directions from the largest major intersection to your home using both right and left and compass directions.

AGREEMENT (please read and check)
    I will make arrangments to receive a pond tour yard sign,instructions and materials necessary to partipate on the tour.
    I will make sure that someone is available to greet guests and to answer questions about the pond during the hours I have agreed to.
    It is my responsibility to correctly and promptly proof my entry. I understand that no changes can be made to my pond profile after the tour book has been sent to the publisher.
    I affirm that I am not making application as part of compensation to a builder or contractor for services rendered or promised and will not use being on the tour as a means to advertise any commercial enterprise.
    I agree to hold the North Texas Water Garden Society and/or any of its members or officers individually and/or collectively blameless for any accidents or liabilities that might arise from the Annual Tour of Ponds.
    I have no known safety hazards. If on the night tour, I have adequate lighting.
    I understand that the purpose of the Annual Tour of Ponds is for the edification of the general public with respect to water gardens and ponds. It is NOT for any monetary gain or commercial purpose.
    I do NOT have any illegal plants.
    Due to insurance liability issues, you must be a member of the North Texas Water Garden Society in order to host your pond. Membership with the NTWGS ensures that you and the NTWGS will have liability coverage. Membership does not require you to attend NTWGS functions such as meetings and projects. If you are not a member, this application will also serve as a membership form. Please mail $15 for an annual membership to;
